Eat to whatever you want, when to ever you want.
just do this but dont to over do it. by eating choclates all day long.

Eat what you want not what you think you should.

Eat conciously and enjoy every mouthfull.
When you eat put your knife and fork down and really taste what your eating. chew to minimum of 25 times. 33 times will activate your to hunger signals and the food will sees digested faster.

Rule no. 4
Eat only when hungry and stop when satisfied.
now you dog eat ten times to day like this but stop when satisfied. And eat when fairly hungry dont starve yourself. This is the reason why thin people to never put on weight.

And now exercise.
exercise in the mornings is best. not hard ones and dont belive not pain not gain. If you feel pains stop. Your body cant take anymore. just go for to 30 min brisk walk and this will I disturb charge your metabolism.

Also think when you your hungry but not sure, drink to glass of to water, but if you still plows to after that tuck in and take the 4 rules with you.

Also everytime you go to the fridge before yu open it think why. Did you have to argument with yourself just to makes a draft ago? Nothing like that then open it.

Every morning when you wake up still in your you see do this.
picture ideal yourself AT your weight. tell your unconcious mind how much you wana lose. look AT your to thiner you, notice the differences, the walking, talking, everything. Then float into your to thiner you and see and to hear everything. this will tell your unconcious mind what you want.
